Suffern Junior Woman's Club

The Suffern Junior Woman's Club welcomes all women who are over 18 years old. Our diverse membership ranges from young, single working women; stay-at-home mothers; married working women; several retirees and even a couple of grandmothers. Our by-laws delicately avoid a cut-off age. We all believe that the heart must dictate community involvement and we encourage all those "young at heart" to join us.

Membership requires that a woman over 18 attend three meetings (the meetings need not be consecutive) and pay dues as an active member. This nominal fee of $25.00 supports our projects. Dues are collected annually.

A member has the option of becoming an in-active member at anytime after a one-year active membership. An in-active member will continue to receive JOTS, the e-newsletter and participate in Club activities. The in-active member fee is $30.00 and an in-active member may not vote on Club business.
